“You’re not killing us all.” In his speech, Kuleba crushes the Russian representative at the UN forum

The general debate is underway at the 77th session of the UN General Assembly. The main topic of the talks is Russian aggression in Ukraine. Kiev’s representative at the UN forum is the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Dmytro Kuleba.

– Russia should know one thing: you will not kill us all – never. Do you know why? he asked at the beginning.

And next: “On February 24, when Russia attacked Ukraine from all directions, tens of thousands of our compatriots immediately returned to the country from abroad. They came back to defend their homeland“.

He compared it with the situation in Russia, when in the first day after Vladimir Putin announced his mobilization, “thousands of Russians bought tickets for international flights“. – All this to get out of the country as soon as possible. Many of these flights were purchased within hours, ‘he continued.

Kułeba pointed out that the mobilization announced by Putin is in fact “admitting defeat to the world“.

– Russia will also fail, and immediately after that it will suffer the consequences of its actions, war crimes, crimes of genocide, crimes against humanity. Justice will be done. Without justice, there is no peace. Russia cannot get away with this aggression

– declared the diplomat.

He addressed those present during the debate:

“Probably many of you, listening to me, wonder if a peaceful solution is possible. Will Russia and Ukraine sit down to a common table. “

– I want to be very clear: no nation in the world, other than Ukraine, wants peace more. We never wanted anything but peace and stable development. We never wanted this war, we never chose it. We just want to live a normal life. However, Ukraine’s sole desire for peace is not enough here. On the other side, we can only see the language of violence, the language of weapons – he assessed the aggressor’s approach.
