US warns Russia. It is about a powerful nuclear power plant

The ministry responded in this way to the meeting with the Russian ambassador Anatoly Antonov last Thursday.

The rest of the text is below the video.

“Ambassador Antonov came to the State Department so that the US could warn Russia of any escalation of its war against Ukraine and call on Russia to halt any military action in or around Ukrainian nuclear installations and to return control of the Zaporizhia Nuclear Power Plant to Ukraine,” said a spokesman for the State Department in a statement sent, inter alia, CNN and Reuters.

Antonov originally reported that he had come to the ministry’s headquarters to request a visa for sanctioned Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov to come to New York in September for the opening of the next session of the UN General Assembly.

When asked about this, a spokesman for the Ned Price ministry said only that the US has “special obligations to allow travel for those who participate in UN activities.”
