According to Ukrainian military intelligence, Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered commanders to seize the entire territory of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions in the Donbas by March this year. In an interview with the Kyiv Post daily, Andriy Chernyak, a representative of the intelligence services in Kiev, said that Russia is preparing for a new attempt at a massive offensive by moving additional assault groups, subunits, weapons and military equipment to eastern Ukraine.
