Tomasz Biernacki is one of the fastest-growing billionaires in Poland. In the latest compilation of the list of the richest domestic businessmen took first place with assets valued at nearly PLN 15 billion.
He made his fortune on the dynamically developing Dino discount chain, which competed with the powerful Portuguese group Jeronimo Martins, managing the Biedronka chain. It also already has more stores than Lidl. A billionaire who protects his privacy very strongly is associated practically only with Dino. It turns out, however, that his his name is on the records of many other companies.
The Commercial News portal reviewed entries in the National Court Register. It comes out that historically, the name of Tomasz Biernacki appeared 47 times in various companiesin which he had capital involvement or sat on the management board or supervisory board. Currently, it is in 20 companies.

The vast majority of them are members of the supervisory body that supervises the activities of individual entities. They mainly focus on the Dino group. The list includes: Centrum Wynajmu Nieruchomości, Agro-Rydzyna (a meat processing plant founded in 1992 by brothers Tomasz and Wojciech Biernacki), BT Nieruchomości, Dino Oil, Mleczarnia Naramowice and Krot Invest KR Inżynieria.
BT Holding has been a subsidiary organization of the Dino Group since 30 March 2015, and Tomasz Biernacki is a member of the management board in it.
