Inaki Williams has been a key figure at Athletic Bilbao for many seasons. The composition of the Basque team in recent years could not even be imagined without this footballer. However, his remarkable streak has come to an end.

The 28-year-old joined Athletic’s first team in the 2015/2016 season. The striker has been associated with the club for many years and does not intend to change that – his current contract is valid until June 2028.

Williams has been an absolute key figure in the Bilbao team in recent years. He broke the record for the most consecutive matches played in the Spanish La Liga.
