The graduate of “Pasy” started the current game as the captain of the Krakow team. Receiving this ennoblement had a positive effect on the form presented by the nominal left-defender, who could also play as a swing.
Unfortunately, the 24-year-old player did not enjoy taking Cracovia to the top league fields for too long, because in the sixth round in the match against Śląsk Wrocław (1-1) he suffered a dangerous-looking injury.
The coach, Jacek Zieliński, did not share at the press conference with too optimistic news about the health of Kamil Pestka, who left the playground on a stretcher in the 29th minute of the match.
The former Polish youth representative was immediately subjected to detailed tests, and these confirmed the darkest scenario, which was told by the coach of “Pasów” on Radio Krakow.
