No more facilitation for Russians in Poland. The government is preparing changes

“Russia’s military actions in Ukraine increase fears of a Russian hybrid attack on the territory of the Republic of Poland. Restrictions on the crossing of the Polish border by Russian citizens have been introduced by the Ministry of Interior and Administration. Therefore, the access of Russian citizens to the Polish labor market should be facilitated.” read in the explanatory memorandum.

Countries subject to the simplified recruitment procedure are Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Ukraine and Russia.

At the end of the first half of the year, the number of Russian employees employed on the basis of declarations on entrusting work amounted to approx. 13,000.
