The call for applications for financial aid under the measure “Risk management” will be carried out from September 30 to October 31, 2022. The Rural Development Program for 2014-2020 provides for over EUR 108 million for this measure.
Funding may be awarded to poultry, cattle and pig farmers who have registered production activities. In addition, they must have the right to the property on which they keep these animals.
A foreign entrepreneur who conducts business activity in the territory of Poland may also apply for this assistance, however, such a company must be entered in the National Court Register at least from the date of concluding the insurance contract. Agricultural producers who are partners of a civil law partnership are also entitled to insurance subsidies.
In order to be able to become a beneficiary of this aid, you must have signed an agreement to insure animals against the risk of damage caused by salmonella as part of your agricultural activity. Importantly, those interested in this subsidy cannot benefit from other insurance subsidies.
Aid is granted in the amount of 70 percent. paid premium, provided that the insurance contract stipulates that the payment of compensation will take place in the event of damages exceeding 20%, however, the insurance subsidies may not cover the period before April 1, 2022.
The call for applications under the “Risk management” measure under RDP 2014-2020 will be carried out from 30 September to 31 October 2022. Documents will be received by the poviat offices of the Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture with jurisdiction over the place of residence or the seat of the agricultural producer. Applications can be submitted in person, sent by registered mail or via the form available on the ARMA Electronic Services Platform, as well as sent electronically via the platform e-PUAP.
