The data presented by Manchester United shows that as much as 24.2 million pounds was compensation for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and Ralf Rangnick. Under their leadership, the club had the worst season in the Premier League era – only 58 points.

Solskjaer fired from work last November. He was released just four months after signing a new contract that tied him with the club for three years.

The Norwegian coach was replaced by Rangnick, who was to lead the team until the end of the previous season and then work for the club as a consultant. The plans, however, were changed after the German took over as coach of the Austrian national team.

In summer Erik ten Hag became the new coach of the “Red Devils”, who had to be bought from Ajax for 2 million euro. The Dutchman signed a three-year contract.

In total, Manchester United’s debt is £ 514.9m. It increased significantly compared to the previous financial year – then it was 419.5 million pounds.
