Bruno Fernandes talked about his great relationship with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, former Manchester United manager. – He’s someone I want to keep in touch with – said the Portuguese.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer was Manchester United’s coach from 2019-2021. The Norwegian led the Red Devils in 149 matches (78 wins, 33 draws, 38 defeats).
Although the coach left his job as club manager from Old Trafford nearly a year ago, he is still in touch with one of the team’s leaders, Bruno Fernandes. The Portuguese representative spoke about this in an interview with “The Athletic”.
– He still sends me messages and congratulates me on certain things. He’s someone I want to keep in touch with. I told him that before he left the club – he handed over.
Fernandes also made reference to United’s current manager Erik ten Haga.
– First of all, he has an idea and style. You have to follow its rules. He’s strict about it, and I like it. He brought discipline that we lacked in the past. They all have to be on the same side – he said.
In the current season, Bruno Fernandes has scored one goal and one assist. The “Transfermarkt” portal estimates it at EUR 85 million.
