The opening party of Mateusz Gessler’s Bergo hotel and restaurant was hosted by Olivier Janiak, and the star of the evening was Ania Wyszkoni with the Trio. The gala has started tasting dinner prepared by Mateusz Gessler and chef Andrzej Sawa and Robert Kondziela. The evening culinary journey of the guests started with fjord trout ceviche and lamb dumplings, and the delightful duck roasted with plums won the palates of the guests.
