“He went to Ukraine to help Russia in its annexation.” The head of the German energy company has lost his job

The head of the German energy company pretended to be an “independent observer”

According to the findings of the Hessischer Rundfunk broadcasting station, Stefan Schaller also appeared in propaganda photos depriving Ukrainians of their dignity and intended to legitimize the Kremlin’s aggressive policy. In the Hessian district of Waldeck-Frankenberg, his non-service activities were considered a fatal mistake.

The head of the EWF entered the phase of insisting on arguments that bring us irreparable damage to our image. His behavior is inconsistent with the philosophy of a company that supplies energy to over 90,000 households

– said the head of the supervisory board of EWF, Jürgen van der Horst.

“The president of a public German energy supplier, Stefan Schaller, traveled to Ukraine to help Russia in annexation “- commented earlier Janis Kluge, representative of SWP Berlin.

This is not the first time that Schaller has been “hired” by the Kremlin to authenticate the narrative of pseudo-referenda, which in fact is simply the annexation of Ukrainian territories. In 2021, he came to Russia to “watch” the elections to the State Duma in the Russian republic of Komi.

Pseudoreferenda is a way of annexations

Pseudo-referenda organized by Russians and collaborators in the occupied parts of Ukraine have no legal basis and will not be recognized by the international community.

The head of the regional military administration of Zaporizhia Oblast, Oleksandr Staruk, emphasized that people who did not evacuate from the Zaporozhye area do not want the cruel occupation power. He added that 515 people from this area have been abducted, more than two hundred are hostages. – Thousands were forced to stay in cellars. And the occupiers come to them and have them vote for joining Russia – so that they will be tormented further. It is the face of a terrorist state – he said.

Oleksandr Staruch added that residents of the Zaporizhia Oblast did not appear in the premises prepared for voting by the occupiers for another reason. He explained that three-quarters of the inhabitants of Zaporizhia, Melitopol and Berdiansk still live in unoccupied areas or left for border. – There are very few people left there who are put under pressure anyway and forced to put a cross on a worthless piece of paper. I am convinced that this will have no effect, because these documents will be practically and legally useless, said the head of the regional military administration of the Zaporizhia Oblast.

On Friday, in the Russian-occupied territories of the Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson and Zaporizhia oblasts, Kremlin officials launched the so-called referenda on accession to Russia. Voting is expected to end on Tuesday.

Local Ukrainian authorities report that the occupiers are counting the votes of even people who are in captivity or who died as a result of hostilities. Vladimir Putin he can hope that thanks to the annexation of the territories occupied by Russia, the number of volunteers to “defend the country’s territories” will increase, say the authors of the report of the Institute of War Studies. According to researchers, the Kremlin, after falsifying the results of the pseudo-referenda and their annexation, will threaten Ukraine to enter Russian territory by entering them.
