The act also provides for an introduction “gas supplement”i.e. VAT refunds for households which, as gas stove is used as the main source of heat entered or reported to the central register of emissivity of buildings (CEEB). However, the VAT refund will depend on the wealth of the farm. It will be granted to a one-person household where the average monthly income does not exceed PLN 2,100. In the case of a multi-person household, it is PLN 1,500 per person. The VAT refund is to be settled by local governments.
