On Monday, September 12, in the middle of the night, a New York Police officer on duty received a report that gave him goosebumps. As Kenneth Corey, head of the NYPD reported, at approx. At 1.30 a Brooklyn resident called concerned, saying his relative might have hurt three of her young children.

The policemen immediately went to the scene. In the building, they came across the father of one of the children, who confirmed the applicant’s fears. He reported that he thought the mother and children might be on the nearby seaside promenade. Soon after, policemen searched the grounds found a 30-year-old woman walking the promenade barefoot, completely soaked, accompanied by family members. The children, however, were not with her.
The search has been intensified. Just before 5 a.m. on the beach, right by the shore, officers found three unconscious children – a 7-year-old boy and a girl, 4 years and 3 months old. The little ones were immediately taken to the hospital. Unfortunately, the doctors found them dead there.
“She said nothing”
The case is very mysterious. As Kenneth Corey reported at a press conference, the 30-year-old mother of the children has been taken to the police station, where they are being operated on. The woman was questioned, but it did not bring many answers to the piling questions.
“So far, the woman hasn’t said anything,” Corey said.
The investigation is ongoing.
