21-year-old found dead in a hotel room. She was crushed by a wardrobe

21-year-old Chloe Haynes was found dead at a reputable hotel in the city center on September 10 at 6:00 p.m. 6.37 a.m. Her mother, 49-year-old Nicola Williams, revealed in an interview with the media that her daughter left with her friend around 7:40 pm. They were going to attend the engagement party together.

A tragic death in a hotel

– She drank shots until midnight and was a little drunk, so a friend took her back to the hotel to sleep, and then left. It seems she got out of bed confused, not knowing where she is and opened the closet door. Maybe she thought it was a toilet or an exit door – says the woman.

It was a large, old, heavy wardrobe. Apparently, it was not firmly attached to the wall and fell onto the 21-year-old, crushing her trachea. Chloe’s friend returned to her room in the early hours of the morning to find this terrifying scene.

She started screaming for help. Two men from other rooms reacted to help remove Chloe’s wardrobe, but it was too late to save her life.

“She didn’t know how beautiful she was”

“She loved animals, had a little dog named Archie that she was obsessed with,” recalls the mother of the 21-year-old. She was beautiful, but she struggled with a lack of confidence, so she didn’t really know how beautiful she was. This made her beautiful inside too. She was very nice – she adds touched.

Ms Williams points out that she is determined to find out how the incident happened and wants to “know every detail”. – I don’t know how long she was there before she died. We were told someone heard a noise from the room around 3am but didn’t report it, she said.

Liverpool investigators are investigating the circumstances of this case. Initially, three men, aged 26, 46 and 49, were detained. However, they were later released without charge. At the moment, it was considered that there was an unfortunate accident at the hotel.
